Packaging and shipping were excellent. Product works as advertised. The product calculator for the amount required calculates more product than is needed. For my measurements the calculator specified that we needed 20.7 lbs, which would have meant buying 3 10 lb bags and having a lot of material left over. 2 bags more than filled the fire pit.
