Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return products within 30 days from the original shipment date for a full refund, less the original outbound shipping fees.
Item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with all original accessories and in the original packaging. The customer will be charged for any missing accessories. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note that *custom orders* and any *electronic ignition firepits (HWI)* are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason.
All returns or exchanges must be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our customer service department to obtain an RMA number by calling 319.432.7357. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.
RMA numbers will expire 30 days after issue. If an item is not returned within 30 days after receiving an RMA number the item will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item in new, unused, and resale-able condition, inside its original packaging, your account will be credited for the item, minus the original outbound shipping costs. The credit should be visible in your account within 3-5 business days from the date the return was processed. Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our customer service department to inspect the return and process the refund.
