Items shipped via freight are shipped at the fastest available speed (Priority Freight) and are, therefore, unable to be expedited further.
HPC Fire is one of the leading fire pit brands we carry here at Firepits Direct, and one of the reasons we love their products is their commitment to innovation and technology. Their electronic ignition systems are some of the best-selling products in our collection, both for their quality and convenient, easy-to-use design.
One of our most popular offerings is the electronic fire pit ignitions from Hearth Products Controls. These innovative ignition solutions provide reliable startups and the convenience and utility of control via a remote or the official HPC One app for smartphone control. They’re built to exacting standards, but like all things they are subject to wear and tear over the years, so we’ve put together this guide to help you diagnose and repair your HPC electronic ignition.
Electronic ignition fire pits are great when they’re working, which is, fortunately, most of the time you’ll own it. However, even top-of-the-line products can have minor issues from time to time. If you’re having trouble getting your electronic ignition fire pit to work properly, check out our helpful guide below and get back to enjoying your fire pit sooner.
Even the best products may run into issues from time to time. Fortunately, most problems can be resolved relatively easily. Check out this helpful chart to get your HWI system back to proper working condition.
Just like a gas oven or gas heater are gas appliances, a fire pit is also a gas appliance and therefore proper precautions must be taken in order to ensure safety during installation and use – always be sure to follow the guidelines specified by the manufacturer in the installation & operation instructions. With that being said, many common issues are results of these specifications being overlooked – not the components themselves.
We receive a fair share of customer feedback showing their frustration that the gas fire pit they worked so hard to build is now making an annoying “whistling” sound when operating. We understand. Fortunately, it’s almost always the result of two common culprits: flex lines, or gas supply.
