About the Manufacturer

More than 125 years ago, a riverboat captain by the name of Joshua John Ward simply wanted to enjoy a good night's sleep during the sultry summers in the Low Country of South Carolina. With some rope, wood, and a little gumption, Ward created his first hand woven rope hammock and in doing so he started what would eventually become Pawley's Island Furniture. To this day, all of Pawley's Island products are made in the Carolinas to offer a high quality product made with passion and care.

Product Overview

Pawleys Island SWS Large Steel Swing Stand provides a superior outdoor accessory that will enhance your patio atmosphere. The heavy duty 12 gauge steel poles measure 2 inches in diameter for an extremely durable design while the high quality powder coating helps protect the steel against rusting. This swing stand measures 77.5 inches wide by 87 inches tall while the base measures 84 inches x 60 inches and can accommodate swings 65 inches wide or smaller, up to 450 lbs.
