These logs consist of bark/split logs and are designed for 360 degree viewing around your fire pit. It is recommended to allow 3 to 6 inches from the edge of your logs to the wall of your fire pit. With one side of the logs appearing as split wood and the other side bark, the realism of Rasmussen logs is astounding. The curved bottom logs create a rounded base for a steady log set while a common ring burner is recommended for use with these Fire Pit Logs.
